Position: Early Intervention ABA Therapist (Birth – Age 3)

Compensation: $60-65/hr with LMSW or Special Ed Degree
About the Role: We are seeking warm, dedicated professionals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) through the New York State Early Intervention Program. You’ll work one-on-one with children and families in home or community settings, using evidence-based strategies to support communication, behavior, play, and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide individualized ABA sessions for children under age 3● Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision (if required)● Take clear data and track progress● Collaborate with families and other professionals● Participate in team meetings and trainings as needed
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field● Proof of degree required● Must complete ABA training (unless already certified or trained)● All NYS Early Intervention documentation and clearances required● Prior experience with children or early intervention● Reliable, professional, and compassionate

Position: Peer Support Provider
Locations: NYC, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx

In this role, you will use your personal journey to guide, mentor, and support children, youth, or adults who are facing similar challenges. By building trust and sharing your own experiences, you’ll empower others to develop coping skills, self-advocacy, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide one-on-one peer support and mentorship.● Share lived experiences to inspire hope and connection.● Assist clients in developing coping strategies and self-advocacy skills.● Connect families and individuals to community resources.● Maintain appropriate documentation and participate in trainings as needed.
Requirements:

Position: Respite Provider

About the Role: Respite Providers give families a much-needed break by caring for children or youth with behavioral health challenges in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll engage children in positive activities, help them develop social skills, and provide relief for families while ensuring each child feels safe and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide supervision and care for children and youth.● Engage children in structured and recreational activities.● Offer a safe and positive environment during respite hours.● Support the development of social, communication, and daily living skills.● Maintain progress notes and complete required documentation.
Requirements:
● Prior experience working with children or youth preferred.● High school diploma or equivalent required.● Compassion, patience, and reliability are a must.● Must complete all required clearances and trainings.
Position: HCBS CFASS Provider
Locations: NYC, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: $50/hr with BA and relevant experience
About the Role: We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide Community and Family Advocacy, Support, and Services (CFASS) under the HCBS program. This role involves working closely with children, youth, and families to promote skill development, independence, and resilience within the home and community.
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver HCBS CFASS services to eligible children and youth.● Support families in developing advocacy skills and accessing resources.● Implement individualized service plans tailored to each client’s needs.● Provide skill-building activities in areas such as behavior management, daily living, and social interaction.● Maintain accurate documentation and attend required trainings and meetings.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or related field.● Relevant experience working with children, youth, or families.● Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills.● Must meet all HCBS program clearance and documentation requirements.
