Early Intervention ABA Therapist (Birth – Age 3)

About the Role

Join us to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to infants and toddlers, from birth to age 3, through the New York State Early Intervention Program. You will work one-on-one with children and their families at home or in the community, using evidence-based strategies to build communication, behavior, play and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Run individualized ABA sessions with children under 3
• Carry out behavior intervention plans, with supervision when required
• Record clear data and follow each child’s progress
• Work closely with families and other professionals
• Join team meetings and trainings when needed

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, education, behavior analysis or a related field
• Proof of degree required
• Completed ABA training, unless you are already certified or trained
• All required NYS Early Intervention documents and clearances
• Experience working with children or in early intervention
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate
