Peer Support Provider

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate, motivated individuals with lived experience in behavioral health or recovery to serve as Peer Support Providers. In this role, you will use your personal journey to guide, mentor, and support children, youth, or adults who are facing similar challenges. By building trust and sharing your own experiences, you’ll empower others to develop coping skills, self-advocacy, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support and mentorship.
• Share lived experiences to inspire hope and connection.
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and self-advocacy skills.
• Connect families and individuals to community resources.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and participate in trainings as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training a plus.
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate.
